Hi I am currently in the UK. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom brand new apartment in La Cala de Mijas. I haven't decided yet whether to have a full property management or just cleaning, key holding and change of linens etc.

I actually live very near to la Cala so will be able to look after your new flat easily for example if there was a problem at the property I can be there in 10 mins.  If u  would like I can give you a quote for key holding change of linens and cleaning for a holiday let are you planning to do holiday rentals or long term 10 months let and July aug let on holiday rates ? this is the best of both worlds there are many expats who like to spend the winters here also long term let returns have now doubled of the last 2 years here it’s crazy !  if your flat is new and fully furnished you could get 1250 euros rental a month for 10 months of the year
