Pine tree treatment against caterpillars

Does anyone know of a person who will come out and treat pine trees to prevent the processionary caterpillars? We live in the Competa campo and we used to have a man called Emilio who was excellent at treating them. I believe he used to work for the Natural Park but now, alas, his phone number that we have remains unanswered. I know that this is the correct time of year to get the trees treated and so we are getting desperate as we do not want to have the problem which will start in a few month's time.
