Does anyone know the email address for Taxi Number 1 in Competa?

I am trying to find e-mail for taxi no. 1 ( Francisco)

I know this may not be much help if you are not in Spain at the moment but, if you are, you could go into your local town hall and ask there.
I looked through the Ayuntamiento website (link below) but was surprised that I could find no email addresses anywhere, even for the town hall or tourist office on there.
