The general opinion is that after 31 dec. the required standard will be a driving test and perhaps medical etc
Hopefully before that date will have temp residencia and nie so can I exchange licence ??
Yes you will most likely have to take a drivers test. UK will be seen like Canada, US, Australia etc. And anyone from there has to take a test. Its not easy either. (Although the way people drive in Spain sometimes you wonder how they past it! LOL)
