We had contracted to rent a furnished apartment starting 1st November and two days ago learnt that the landlord is pulling out of the agreement and cannot rent the place anymore. We found another place but it is unfurnished. Any suggestions on where to find decent furniture at reasonable prices?

Also looking for a second hand car. Big enough to take 5 people and 2 suitcases (and preferably no bigger!)

Grateful for any pointers etc....

Thanks, and looking forward to starting a new chapter in the Malaga/Mijas area!

There’s an IKEA at plaza major just outside Malaga.  We bought our car from DL motors nr Malaga airport.  Great company to deal with and they have a good selection of cars. Plus you will find more garages along this road.

They also deliver - but it’s usually 10 - 20 days after you order on-line
