Capital gains tax

Does anyone now if the Spanish tax take anything into consideration when charging CGT the sale of a house in the uk eg inflation or money spent on the house thanks

Yes they take into account if you have paid for work on the house eg extension, interior reform but you may be asked to show receipts for the work.

If you are now a resident in Spain, these rules apply within UK.  https://www.litrg.org.uk/tax-guides/savers-property-owners-and-other-tax-issues/capital-gains-tax/capital-gains-tax

As for CGT in Spain inflation would not be taken into account, but the new building works yes,
