Face masks on beach

Could anyone tel me what the local law is regarding face masks do you have to wear them when you are sunbathing on a dumbed around the hotel pool and the beach

Yes, you have to wear a mask at all times - eating and drinking excepted.

Hi everyone. I'm actually here although everything feels very different. I'm starting my search for a little apartment to rent or something a bit bigger further away from the coast. Any input gratefully received. I'm contacting local estate agents...will buy a newspaper and look in there...
Didn't realise I have to book a sunbed at my hotel an without one you can't use the pool. I love swimming but currently all the sunbeds are pre booked. Very disappointed...I only have till Friday.
Oh dear...eyeing up the beach now. Hope that's not pre booked as well. 😂⛱️

But not when sitting on the beach on your towel/chair/sunbed/under your parasol! Walking along the beach etc, the mask is obligatory.

You do not need to wear masks when you are on the Sunbed. However if you are just walking on the beach then you must wear a mask.This was checked with the National Police this morning in Estepona
