Bed and mattress stores

Hi all, I eventually ordered two beds from DFS in Fuengirola.  My advice is don't bother! Although the beds, once we got them are great they took  over 10 and 15 weeks  respectively to get here!  Their service was awful too, with an online tracker that misleads and effectively does not work for customers in Spain.  Furthermore, there was no proactivity to keep me informed of the issues with the delivery by their staff.  I rang time and time again.  Sometimes I was promised someone would find out and call me back.  Most times they didn't do so.  Twice I found out that the day an individual was supposed to call me back  they'd gone on holiday (ie they lied). On another occasion the member of staff told me they'd call me back in a short while.  I gave them about an hour and when they didn't call I called again, to be told by another colleague that they'd actually gone home for the day...ten minutes after speaking to me! Feeble excuses and comments such as "we're doing our best" and "the computer systems don't work well for us in Spain", with no real concern for me as the customer were all too common.  The admin person I spoke to was sweet but never let me finish my points and didn't listen.  She was more intent on updating her computer while we spoke than sorting the actual issues.
