first, I want to integrate into Coin in 3 years and will do this step by step:

1. Can express me in English but want to learn ASAP Spanish (modular).

2. Are there any Dutch-speaking or English-speaking inhabitants in Coin who want to help me in the first phase of integration in a first period - and on payment?

3. I have a few renovation works of this Finca in mind, but I would like to appeal to cost estimates & quotations from competent, trustworthy companies.

4. What is the current problem of solar energy (solar panels, etc.) in Coin? I am a defender of energy-efficient housing and in the context of sustainable energy - according to the guidelines of the European Commission against 2050 -2030 I want to be legally in order (cerainly for the EU), in accordance with this legislation that is above the legislation of the European states. and so there are not questions?
In the long term I want to refurbish this veneer Finca in Coin in accordance with European directives.

Last question: Is there an "ombudsman for new foreign residents" or is there a "club-live" in Coin of Dutch-or English speaking who are prepared to give good advices (of course, if there is a financieal compensation)
Is there a "Dutch / French / English language" meeting place or an association from these countries in Coin?
Thank you for the reactions,

Mac

1. Learning Spanish is ideal, but alot of places do speak English and can be very friendl, espeially if try to speak to them in Spanish.

2.  What assistance do you require?

3. There are few people who can help, especially the town hall.

4. As far as I know there are no problems with this, as alot of houses have Solar panels.

5. Last question: Is there an "ombudsman for new foreign residents" or is there a "club-live" in Coin of Dutch-or English speaking who are prepared to give good advices (of course, if there is a financieal compensation)
