Hi I am looking to purchase a property I have found Casares old town and would need to have a fair bit of internal building work carried out and also a roof terrace added just looking for info on weather anyone could recommend a good reliable builder
Having lived in Spain before my experience with builders was not great also a little info on the expats community would be helpful

Keep away from English 'builders'. Most of them got qualified on the plane over and are not very good. We used a Spanish builder, David Melero, who completely remodelled our house. He is based in Trabuco, about an hour and half away.
