...y "letter of introduction" would be sent to my "fiscal address."  I didn't receive it after waiting six weeks but now I wonder what  "fiscal address" is?  

I then tried online and jumped through all the hoops.  I even had a Spanish neighbour to help me with a Zoom interview, all new terminology to me!  However the medical app prevents me from logging in further saying I need to go to Málaga and have a prior appointment!  

I gave up?  Anyone know how to get this darned thing sorted?  It's driving me nuts, ha ha!

I got my Gestor to organise my Digital Certificate and she used her email address. These cerificates expire after 3 or 5 years I bdelieve. My renewal went to their offices. I got her to send me an email and installed my certificate on my computer. Now everything is working again
