Having just moved into the Casares area, does any body have the best recommendation for a tv, broadband and Wi-Fi package.

I have a very good package from Movistar - there is fiber in Casares now. Yeah! Movistar have an office in Sabi or La Canada - I found its best to go to the office if you dont speak Spanish. I have no complaints about their service.
