Hi Shazuk, Thought I would give you my thoughts which may be totally off, but here goes:
1) I don't see enough demand for a class in Indian cooking. With Youtube being free and all.
2) My perspective is that alot of expats here are retired (since its so hard to find work without fluent Spanish) and so they wouldn't be having alot of dinner parties and I cannot see the Spanish hiring someone for this either.
3) Catering is the same as #2 - might be a bit here and there but not enough to base a living on.
But all is not lost. I think that people might be interested in a prepared meal service that they could buy from you and then just pop in the microwave. I think if the price were reasonable enough that could be of interest as Indian food is a favorite with many people. If you set it up so that people could purchase larger quantities and freeze them and/or monthly orders with a discount you might make a go of it. Personally I love Indian food but don't trust the restaurants. :) I would order.
I hope this is somewhat helpful for you.
