Well problem

We have a 10 metre well and for the first time in 3 years it has no water. Does anyone know where we can get help? We don’t know why it has gone dry and our 2 neighbours have water in their wells.
We are going to put a water tank in as backup until the problem is rectified and as backup. Does anyone locally provide this service also.
