I have found a little house in the area and I wonder if you would be able to help me with the following:
Does anyone have a contact for renting a property there?
Recommendations for a builder.
Are there any problems with burglaries in the area? as I saw a post but it was a while ago.
Also are there any groups or weekly meet ups or activities so that I can meet people.
