About SolProp
Sol-Prop is a family run business founded by property owners who considered there to be a real need for a fair and comprehensive management service for absent property owners on the Costa del Sol.
The founders of the company are themselves property owners with a wealth of property rental experience.
At Sol-Prop we understand that all of our clients are individuals, and as such the requirements of one person may not be precisely the same as for another, therefore we are willing to consider individual requirements wherever possible.
When we ourselves choose to holiday in private accommodation we expect a high level of service and facilities. We believe that similar high standards should be delivered to guests choosing to holiday in properties managed by us.
