Form 210..Is it possible to fill in the Form 210 myself? It seems quiet complicated..The agency fees are going up more and more each year.
I went on line and did it in English..sorted.

I am a non resident property owner who has been here 7 years and never heard of this tax.
I only heard about this when the property manager wrote to all owners offering to complete the form for a fee of € 90+IVA !
Is this a new tax or is it one I should have been paying all along?

I've been paying this for years through an agent..I now do it on line and find it fairly straight forward,just follow the guidelines

No, it is not a new tax.
You can pay by the bill by the 31st December for taxes from the previous year.
It can be done online.

You should have been paying this since January 2011.
If I were you I would get some advice from an Accountant rather than a Property Manager on how to proceed.
