Hi I do have an investment ( touristic rental appartement)in Benalmadena costa since 2018.it’s not really interresting, I did wrong to invest in Spain! The charges are 24% for Rental Tax,20% for management company, 104$ X4 for the Assessor who is in charge for 210 form rental tax.
Utility as Endesa, internet,associations fees etc etc …I ‘m planning to sale by 2022.any advises are welcome
