I've ben trying to contact the bank on +034 952 44 48 46 but it goes straight to an answer message and my Spanish is poor, is it still closed due to the coronavirus?

Caixa Bank has terrible customer service , whether in Spanish or English and there charges are ridiculous ! Good luck because despite everything they don’t prioritise their customers!
