Thank you for this info. l have to return to Alora as we have been issued with a demolition order on our property. With a dead line of March to do the demolition. Malaga court according to my solicitor will not give me an extend to this date, even with the covid situation as it is. l have had flights cancelled and do not know what to do next.

Thank you for the info on travel restrictions and town hall 15 year period for demolition orders to be issued. l am 78 years old and now not wanting to return to Spain for the first time in my life. My family have all loved alora and the local people have been good friend for many years, but the town hall have not helped in any way in fact they have tried to demolish our entire home last year. We took them to court in Malaga and now have to demolish the part of the building that was built without a licence. l don't understand why Alora town hall will not help us as we have over the years only put money into the town. If this is the way Spain want to go then people will like us not want to go there even for a holiday break. As always the local hard working people suffer it is not correct and should be sorted out. But l don't think this will happen in my lifetime.
