With the new edict saying you have to wear a mask outside all the time, gives me a real problem. Even though I have not been diagnosed with any condition I find breathing with a mask on difficult. Also have to wear glasses because of a dry eye condition to protect them, restricts the amount of air even further & a headache is the result. Is it possible to get a medical exemption?

If it isn't reluctantly I think I will have to return to the UK, as I don't fancy spending the rest of my life struggling for breath, or becoming a prisoner in my own home to be able to breathe without a mask!

Personally, I use a KN95 mask which I can pull down to just under my nose so I can breath fresh air when exercising.  Obviously if someone approaches then you have to wear it higher up but it only takes a second to do that.  I can go jogging in this way breathing through my nose - good luck and hope it works for you.

You are much better off in Spain, as Covid is rapidly on the increase here in the UK and it wouldn't surprise me if Boris doesn't make it mandatory to wear masks here in the UK - I personally think it would be a great idea. I have COPD also have had covid and suffer from long covid which has left my lungs scarred. Yes I could get a "pass" but prefer to be masked. The old adage of "better be safe than sorry" springs to mind. Oh and I too wear glasses that constantly steam up.
