Sabadell Insurance Claim Form?

Hi - it's been driving me crazy but I cannot get hold of Sabadell House insurance to make a claim. All the numbers they give respond in Spanish so as a non-speaker I'm unable to navigate the automated voice menu. The branch also never answers the phone and rings off? The internet site has no advice at all other than to call the same numbers we've been trying.
Has anyone made a claim through Sabadell house insurance and can advise how to go about it?
