Spanish government ministers have approved the agreement that will allow UK driving licences held by residents in Spain

I have recently moved to Spain and drove down in my car to have the convenience of transport when we first arrived.

I am now considering keeping the car and reregistering but cannot find the correct process for doing this.

Does anyone have a "simple" explanation or guide to help me understand the steps I need to take (and the timescales involved).?
