Hi, sorry I can’t give you a definite answer, but I’ve read that Spain intends to vaccinate everyone in the country, including immigrants.

Hi,

Everyone who is on the local padron is being contacted in turn so, as long as the people you mention are known to the authorities then, yes...they will be done.

Also anyone who has taken out private medical insurance will be contacted at some point to have the jab free of charge

At the moment insurance companies are not offering it. That will happen once population saturation is high enough, as the state health service needs to monitor administration/reactions etc. I am a trained immuniser, I know how this works, so please don't contact your insurance company!

It was in the 'Sur in English' that everyone with a private medical health cover will be offered the jab, I am assuming this is being funded by the Spanish government, when they are ready private policy holders will be contacted, and it will be FREE

I'm sure it will happen one day. However, for the roll out to acquire sufficient saturation, it's being handled by the state health care system. Everyone living in Spain will be offered a vaccine, insurance notwithstanding.

Yes, that's right. People need to register in their local clinic, and make sure their padron is up to date. Then the health workers know how to contact you.
