The gestoria submitted credit card statement showing I was spending money in October here.  Contract for apartment dated 1st November but immigration are requesting proof I was here in 2020?

Any advice would be appreciated it was an expensive exercise to get out here and tied in to a contract etc.

Your Rental Contract should suffice and  a Utility bill showing  movement on your account October thro December 2020

A recent webinar I watched raised this subject and they suggested the best proof was through showing your private health insurance which apparently you have to buy annually so will clearly show the date you took this out.

Many thanks for the information.  I didn’t obtain medical until Feb2021 when I started applying for residency.   I do have a rental contract dated 1st November 2020 and credit card statement showing 31st October 2020 to date showing I was purchasing here.

I was asked to provide evidence of my Spanish bank account, NIE, Padron and I just used a Spanish solicitor who did it all for me. Good luck.
