New development near Parque las Mesas,

Hi, the groundworks are in full swing.  There is a lot of activity (and noise and dust) every day.  I will try and get some photographs the next time I am passing by.  The diggers have been joined by cranes.  It looks a long way off from being ready.  The phase across the park isn’t ready for occupancy yet and that was started two years ago. I can send photographs by WhatsApp if easier, let me have your number by private message.

Thanks for this, It's difficult to get an update, other than a generic news letter they send out on the odd occasion. we will be over in July again, really looking forward to it. .

The build is a long way off being finished, end of 2024 early 2025 but its good to know they have started.

I have heard of a new development in that area called Las Mesas Collection, does anybody know the name of the developer/builder?
