Has anyone in benalmaden no of a company called inconel administration SL as they cold called me saying that they can get money back from a holiday company called design vocation .the big but is they want me to put money upfront for court case .I believe they me be up to a scam I would like to tell people to bewere if this is all the company operates out arroyo del miel

I was chairman of the owners committee for Diamond Resorts at Royal Oasis Club at Benal Beach. I attended many industry conferences and the subject of scams came up regularly. Never, ever pay money up front to anyone who claims they can get your money back. It will always, without exception, be a scam. An agency willing to sell your vacation property for you should work like an estate agent and take a reasonable commission WHEN THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN SOLD.
