Hi, could anyone help point me in the right direction please? We have received our I. B. I bill, which is marked "Domiciliado". I was under the impression that this means paid online but can't see where to do this. Any assistance would be greatly received. Many thanks.

Hi , that is Spanish for Direct Debit so payment should go out automatically from your account.
Did you set up direct debits for your bills?

Yes I was certain that this meant paid by direct debit but the money hadn't come out of our account. Sorted now though, it had already been paid when property was purchased earlier this year. Many thanks for your help.
