How to enquire about medical appointments

Antequera Hospital transferred me to a private clinic for an operation telling me to expect a call from them. On visiting the clinic, after some weeks and enquiring why we had not heard from them, I was told I needed a scan in order to proceed and was transferred back to Antequera hospital. I have noticed an error in my  surname on the paperwork. Who do I contact at the SNS hospital  to check I have not fallen through a crack in the system? My Spanish is limited so telephone conversations are difficult.  Can I go to the admin desk on the left as you enter Antequera Hispital to talk to them? Or do I need to speak with the specialist department? Thank you for any help.
