Electrician and Locksmith

Hi everyone
We have just taken possession of our house in lovely Antequera and need a locksmith to change the locks, if anyone has a recommendation?
Also, the previous owners not only took the lights, they took the ceiling and wall fittings and left us with just wires coming out of the ceilings and walls, quite unexpected. Could anyone recommend an electrician please.
