Yes, you need to complete the ‘locator form’ online to go to Spain and that produces a QR code that you will need to show -also then complete the Locator form up to 72 hours before you fly back ( this time with the reference numbers of the Covid PCR test you have to complete on day 2)

I recently travelled from Santander to England. I had a covid test ( lat flow) in Santander at a walk in clinic that is next to the bus station. It was open 8 till 2. 40 euros, half hour turn around. I booked my two day PCR with a company called EUROFINS online who sent me a code to prove I had prepaid. It was at home when I returned.

There is Aldo a clinic in Torrevieja but you have to book an appointment there.
