Hey Raul, have a look on thinkspain, and download an app called job today. You might be lucky - not speaking too much Spanish might be an issue, but you'll soon pick it up.
20 years ago the first job I had here was labouring for a Spanish neibour, I hardly spoke a word but it worked out well.
