My husband and I need to register with an English speaking doctor through the Spanish health care system
Any advice much appreciated.

Lots of doctors speak English & many good private doctors here, which are very cheap compared to UK private can be as cheap as 60 Euro a consultation, the public heath system Spain via you local 'health centre', they will book you with a medic, but the GP system is not really like the UK. right now like the NHS can be a little slow & long wait times for treatment and scans. Like UK a private doctor can refer you, see link below.

Last time my mum went to clinica burgos, on the hill opposite the black horse, he charged 25 euros. 60 euros per consult is crazy.

I put 60 Euro,, nevertheless, peanuts compared to the UK.
These are the standard prices.
- Initial consultation: €40
- Blood tests: €80
- Specialist: €80-150
- One-day hospital stay: €200
