I’m looking for a trustworthy and reliable company who will supply a wide range of units that I can choose from.

I will need at least 4 units .

Thank

You

Hi Kenmans

As a base line, to compare quotes, you might start by inquiring with Endesa:

https://www.endesaclientes.com/homes/products/air-conditioning.html

Endesa are the largest power utility supplier in Andalusia, they provide a 5 year warranty and are likely to be around in 5 years time if something does go wrong.

They also offer finance to pay for the installation, which seems to start at €0.84 per day but, remember that over 5 years there will be 1,825 days, and that will add up to €1,533.

At this time of the year, Endesa usually have some good offers and they will supply equipment from the major manufacturers from LG and Toshiba up to Fujitsu and Mitsubishi with a range of prices.

When I looked, about 3 years ago, my recollection is that prices ranged from €1,200 to €1,800, depending on brand, for a ducted installation with a single large unit in the bathroom ceiling, for a 2 bedroom apartment.

If you are in Manilva, then try Rafalux in St Luis de Sabinillas. I spoke to Daniel Parra Román. I think that he used to work for Endesa, part-time, as well as Rafalux, and he was able to access our Endesa account details on the Rafalux computer.

Work number 00 34 952 890 120

Mobile number 00 34 605 329 564

Do not wait until June or July, when everybody arrives at their holiday homes and finds that their air conditioning, which has not been used for a year, is not working. Installers will be working flat out and you will not get any great deals.

Let us all know how you get on.

Kind regards

Philip

I purchased a unit from Steve at CoolWaves - http://www.coolwaves.net/  He was recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed.

Steve and his assistant did a great job at my place and any questions promptly responded to. Bonus he is English speaking.

We used Steve at CoolWaves also, brilliant service and great price too. Wouldn’t touch Endesa with a barge pole, moved to fenie energy and half the price!

You are welcome, our bills nearly halved after we switched, endesa are so expensive!

Hi Rob,

Who did you use to set it up?  I see from their web site you must contact a technician.  Anyone in the area speak English?  Thanks.  Kerri
