We’re looking for  experienced real estate agents on Costa Del Sol for selling new-build properties with high value and relevant clients/leads.

You are probably busy in your current job, many agents are now.  But please ask yourself if you are busy catering to relevant and high-commission clients? Are you getting enough out of your time spent and leveraging your hard-earned experience?

ABOUT THE OFFER

• Work directly and exclusively for Developments.es and earn an average commission for you of 8-9.000 Eur pr. Sale.

• Get pre-qualified client referrals that you talk to. (No email leads) or even pre-booked Online meetings by Telemarketing. We sell to 10-20% of leads given to agents.

• We are number 1 in the Costa del Sol selling new builds and our top agent is making more than 30.000 Euro per month (in the last few months). However it is more realistic to earn an average of 8-9000 eur per month.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Very good and only pre-qualified leads

• Leads mainly speaking in your native languages and English

• New office in Bel-Air, Estepona - you don't have to meet at the office every day

• Very attractive commissions, and the more you convert leads/sell to clients you can get high extra commissions

• Sales training and knowledge from the best agents and managers

• Exceptional internal admin backup to support.

• Competitions and good prizes for winning

• Yearly summer and winter company party.

• More than 25 colleagues who can help you 

• You will only sell new builds, so easier and better commissions - use your time right when the buyers are here. 

ABOUT YOU

• You have a min. 2 years working as a real estate agent at Costa del Sol.

• You are very successful and have a proven sales track record.

• You like to compete and be a top sales performer

• You like to sell new builds instead of old/resales

• You always go the extra mile to ensure the best buying experience for clients

• You speak one of these languages at native level as well as English: Norwegian, Swedish, French, German, Russian, English, Dutch, Polish and Chinese.
