Not sure this is your cup of tea but there are some 40 members in the Royal British Legion Duquesa Branch. It meets every Tuesday 12-2.00pm at Duquesa Golf Club. It is a mixed group. Here is website www.rblduquesa.org

Hi Alexander, there is a group of expats in your area called Friends and amigos ,also look up the web for the I.C,E, this is between Estepona and Duquesa, it has about 250 expat members and has groups who go walking each week and plenty of chance to meet new people.
