Property wanted to rent: 2 bed apt or bungalow

Hi All

We are a retired couple looking to rent a 2 bed apt or bungalow ,( no steps )long term ..

In the la Cala mijas golf region..

We would love a large terrace (as we love cooking )or small garden..

Would consider options or areas close by...

Parking or garage essential too,as we will have a car..

We are in our late 60s respectable and clean and tidy and respect people’s homes ..

So everything will be looked after perfectly..

We are renting our friends apt in mijas golf at the moment,but her daughter stays on occasions so we can’t rent indefinitely ..

Please if you have a lovely place and want to rent it,and have it looked after ,please let us know..
