As a retired lady I’m hoping to get my NLVisa approved and live in Spain for a number of years but realistically 5 will be the maximum I can expect at my age 

When I return to Uk will I be able to get my NHS rights back ? Any advise appreciated

If you are 65 or over yes, people do not lose them
