Car insurance

I am a property owner and spend 6 months a year in Estepona, that is twice a year for 90 days at a time
I have brought my Fiat 500 to Spain and it remains here full time.I will soon be registering the vehicle here in Spain ( July 2024).Can anyone advise me as to whether I can insure the vehicle in Spain while it is still UK registered Also I would like to consider insurance just for the periods I am in Spain Is this possible. Any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated
